Our vision is to see lives transformed as people come to know Jesus. Sundays are when we gather and unpack the truth, beauty, and contemporary significance of Jesus. We value Christ-centred, Bible-based preaching intended to deepen the faith of the Christian, but also to be accessible to any who are exploring.
Fields Church is our newest gathering with a heart to reach the Selwyn district with the life-changing message of Jesus. We're a tight-knit community of people from all stages of life and places around the world. Whether single, married, with kids or without, there's a place for you here.
We gather at Rolleston Community Centre each Sunday afternoon to sing, pray, hear God’s word and encourage each other in our faith in Jesus. We would love to meet you whether you're investigating Christianity or considering joining a church.
Bringing the kids?
Children are an important part of our church family; there's a dedicated space for kids of all ages at Fields Church, plus a youth group for teens across our City and Fields congregations. We long to see our children and youth become disciples of Jesus for their whole lives and tailor our programmes to each age group.
Growth Groups
Our Growth Groups are central to the way we walk alongside each other; we grow more like Christ, pray and care for one another, rooted in the Word of God.
Groups run during the school terms, with a range of times to suit your schedule.
Youth Group
Our junior and senior youth groups are for teens in school years 7–13. We long to see our young people hungry for the Word of God, engaging with the cultural challenges that confront them through the lens of the Bible, and growing in their desire for God, love for God’s people, and the lost.
mainly music
mainly music is a fun, interactive music group for young children and their parents/caregivers. In the 30-minute session, children are introduced to music and creativity, developing their motor skills, language and imagination. Morning tea afterward (provided) gives you the chance to meet other parents/caregivers in the area while your littles continue to play and make new friends. mainly music at Fields Church is run by a passionate group of volunteers from our campuses. If you have a child under 5, we'd love to have you!
